RequiredQualifications:

• MUSTbe amemberofanystate bar in good standing. VA bar preferred.

• Minimum of two (2)yearsTrademarkexperience.

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

• Advanced organizational and communication skills with the ability to track projects to completion take ownership of workproduct and collaborate effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct and analyze trademark searches draft opinion letters and counsel clients on new trademark and service markselectionclearanceand registration

• U.S. and international trademark prosecution experience for foreign and domestic clients

• Global trademark portfolio strategy development and maintenance experience

• Copyright counseling and application prosecution

• Draft and counsel on IP licensesassignmentsand other IP agreements

• Conduct IPduediligence.

• Manage global IP enforcement including cease and desist letters Trademark Trial and Appeal Board and foreignopposition and cancellation proceedings UDRP proceedings and online takedowns.

• Drafting and filing litigation documents counselingclientsand managingsettlingand avoiding foreign and domestic trademark opposition and cancellation proceedings.

• Proactivelymonitoringclients trademarks for infringement including reviewing watch subscriptions
