A leading international law firm is seeking a Trademark Associate Attorney to join its Atlanta office.

This opportunity is ideal for an attorney interested in representing global brands emerging companies and established businesses in sophisticated trademark brand protection and intellectual property matters.

36 years of trademark and brand management experience

Experience with U.S. and international trademark clearance prosecution enforcement and portfolio management

Experience handling trademark office actions opposition and cancellation proceedings and enforcement matters

Experience advising clients on brand protection trademark strategy licensing and intellectual property-related agreements

Familiarity with copyright domain name social media advertising and internet-related intellectual property issues is a plus

Strong drafting analytical and communication skills

Ability to work directly with clients and manage trademark portfolios independently

Excellent academic credentials

J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school required

Georgia bar admission required or ability to become admitted

Sophisticated national and international trademark practice

Exposure to complex brand protection and portfolio management matters

Significant client interaction and responsibility
