How Will You Make a Difference

• Provide administrative support to legal staff and paralegals.
• Prepare standard correspondence memoranda and other documents.
• Review edit and process vendor invoices and monthly client bills.
• Maintain records and filing systems.
• Schedule appointments / maintain calendar for legal staff

What Will You Bring to the Table

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 1 years administrative support experience preferably in a law firm
• Skills and knowledge of administrative support as normally acquired through technical training or equivalent experience
• This position is hybrid with an in-office requirement of 2 days per week.

• The pay range for this position varies by geographic market. Final compensation will be based on a variety of factors including education experience skills professional background overall qualifications and location
  • In Minneapolis the estimated starting pay range is $26.15 - $32.82 per hour (based on a 37.5-hour workweek) which is equivalent to $51000 - $64000 annually.
  • In Boston and San Diego the estimated starting pay range is $30.21 - $37.91 per hour (based on a 35-hour workweek) which is equivalent to $55000 - $69000 annually.
  • In Washington D.C. the estimated starting pay range is $30.25 - $37.94 per hour (based on a 37.5-hour workweek) which is equivalent to $59000 - $74000 annually.
  • In New York and Silicon Valley the estimated starting pay range is $32.41 - $40.65 per hour (based on a 35-hour workweek) which is equivalent to $59000 - $74000 annually.
