Peraton is seeking a Tradecraft Evaluatorto provide expert-level insights and guidance to editorial and production activities that inform internal and external customers as well as executive-level policymakers. The evaluator will collaborate with authors to inform evaluations conduct reviews provide feedback and brief results to a variety of internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate brings extensive Intelligence Community (IC) tradecraft experience strong attention to detail and the ability tooperateindependently in a fastpaced production environment with minimal to no guidance.
Key Responsibilities of this role include:
Providing expert tradecraft evaluation support foranalytic products ensuring accuracy clarity and compliance with IC standards;
Assessing products against standards and providing feedback and recommendations;
Supporting the development and maintenance of tradecraft training and aids supporting professional development of the workforce;
Engaging with senior officials and diverse stakeholders tofacilitateclear communication and alignment with mission requirements;
Mentoring customer personnel to improve writing editing and production skills;
Ensuring all products adhere to applicable standards style guides and production processes
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
Current TS/SCI clearance with polygraph;
Bachelors degree and 12 years of relevant experience 4 years of additional relevant experience may be considered in lieu of degree;
Expert-level proficiency in technical writing and editing with strong knowledge of intelligence analysis and IC writing standards;
Proficiency with Microsoft Word Adobe Acrobat Pro and content management systems;
Ability to manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment;
Experience leading or supporting teams in preparing and/or reviewing technical documents;
Experience mentoring less experienced personnel on tradecraft best practices;
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across diverse stakeholders;
Excellent written and oral communication skills with experience interacting directly with executive-level officials
Desired Qualifications
Experience supporting national-level customers;
Experience working in the customers operational environment;
Demonstrated ability to apply critical thinking to resolve issues without direct customer guidance

Target Salary Range
$135000 - $216000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position the individuals experience education knowledge skills and competencies as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position employees may be eligible for overtime shift differential and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
