Job Description:
About the Role:
We have an outstanding opportunity for a Trade Promotion Analyst to join our this role you will provide analytical and operational support across key Order to Cash processes with a focus on trade promotions deduction management and broker commissions.
You will serve as a subject matter expert and escalation point helping ensure accurate execution strong compliance with internal controls and timely issue resolution while partnering cross-functionally with Sales Finance and external partners.
Youll add value to this role by performing various functions including but not limited to:
- Support the trade promotion process from planning through deduction clearing
- Analyze trade promotion agreements in Vistex to ensure accrual accuracy and identify discrepancies
- Lead reviews with Sales and Finance to evaluate open agreements and determine required adjustments or closures
- Serve as an escalation point for the global business services offshore team to resolve complex Order to Cash issues
- Perform analytical and compliance-based activities including reconciliations reserve analysis reclassifications and root cause analysis
- Track and resolve issues related to Robotic Process Automation (RPA) BOT performance
- Support monthly and quarterly close activities including reporting reconciliations and analysis
- Participate in SOX and SAP testing to ensure compliance with internal controls
- Support Order to Cash processes related to acquisitions divestitures and business changes
- Assist with training and cross-training of team members to build subject matter expertise
- Partner with leadership on process improvement and efficiency initiatives
- Maintain and update procedures and documentation to reflect current practices
- Support additional tasks and duties as needed
Important Details:
- This is a full-time first-shift hybrid position
Youll fit right in if you have:
- Bachelors degree required; Finance or Accounting preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of related business experience in Order to Cash Accounts Receivable Trade Promotions or Broker Commissions
- Experience in a Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) environment preferred
- Strong financial and analytical skills with the ability to identify issues assess risk and develop solutions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel Word PowerPoint); ERP experience preferred
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective communication skills with the ability to interact across all levels of the organization
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced cross-functional environment and adapt to changing priorities
