Job Summary
The Role:
Trade & Operations Support provides external-facing support for client trading workflows along with oversight of internal platforms and systems during designated off-hours shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide external-facing support of client trading workflows during extended hours equity and option trading sessions
- Monitor the health and performance of internal trading systems and external connectivity
- Troubleshoot and escalate operational connectivity and client-related issues in real time
- Collaborate with internal teams including Routing Clearing Integration and Sales to support and enhance the client experience.
- Execute day-to-day operational processes while continuously identifying and driving improvements to trade desk workflows
- Document incidents issues and resolutions to support operational transparency and continuous improvement
Required Skills Experience and Qualifications
- 15 years of experience in trading operations trade support or market operations
- Familiarity with equity and options trading workflows preferred
- Experience in a high-volume time-sensitive trading environment
- Prior client-facing support experience strongly preferred
- SIE Series 7 Series 57 or willingness to obtain

Salary Range and Benefits:
The estimated salary range is $100000 - $125000. Salary is negotiable depending on experience and skills.
