Description

Reusable launch systems are the key to seamlessly connecting Earth and space. An instrumental ingredient to making reusable launch vehicles is the ability to move fast. That is our goal forBoltlineby Stoke Space our commercial software platform that helps advanced hardware manufacturing teams integrate track iterate build and test efficiently.

As a Technical Program Manager (TPM) on theBoltlineby Stoke SpaceIntegrationteam you willsit at the intersection of engineering product and customer successdriving integration projects(e.g.ERP andPLM)and guiding customers through successful implementations ofBoltline. This role is ideal for a seasoned TPMwhoshas experience and iscomfortable translating between technical systems and business stakeholders driving multiplecomplex cross-functional workstreams simultaneously and mentoring others along the way.They should be able todive deep into the technical details business requirements and coordinate the communicationon all levels along the way.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technical scoping planning and delivery of integrations betweenBoltlineand customer ERP systems (e.g. SyteLine JAMIS AcumaticaNetSuite Microsoft Dynamics)and PLM / PDM systems (e.g.Teamcenter WindchillSolidworksPDMetc)
• Define data mapping API contracts and sync logic betweenBoltlineandexternal systems working with Engineering teams
• Identifyand resolve data integrity latency and error-handling issues across integrations
• Manage timelines dependencies and risk across concurrent integration projects
• Document integration architecture andmaintainguides &runbooksfor integrations
• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for customer IT teams and implementation partners
• Create and manage relationships not limited to NDAs and SOWs
• Coordinate with vendors and customer engineering teams to align on technicalrequirements
• Translate customer business requirements into technical implementation plans in partnership with Solutions Engineering and Product
• Manage and driveintegration andimplementation project plans
• Develop custom scripts to drive non-product development needs

Qualifications

• 8 years of experience in a Technical Program Manageror similar customer-facing technical role
• Demonstratedtrack recordmanaging complex software integration projects (APIs middleware ETL or similar)
• Working knowledge of ERP and/or PLM systems and their data models (BOMs part masters work orders purchase orders etc.)
• Strong understanding of REST APIs webhooks and data mapping/transformation concepts
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent high-complexity technical projects with competing priorities and deadlines with minimal oversight
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence both engineers and executive-level business stakeholders
• Experience writing or reviewing technical specifications integration documentation or runbooks
• Comfortable working directly with customer IT/engineering teams and internal cross-functional teams (Engineering Product Customer Success)
• Experience driving work through an issue tracker with disciplined scope dependencies and acceptance criteria
• Excellent written communication with a bias toward concise data-backed updates
• Comfortoperatingin a fast-paced compliance-sensitive environment with shifting priorities

Preferred Qualifications

• Direct hands-on experience with specific ERP platforms (JAMIS Acumatica Syteline NetSuite) or PLM platforms (Windchill TeamcenterSolidworksPDM)
• Experience in manufacturing hardware or industrial software environments
• SQLproficiencyor experience querying/debugging integration data issues directly
• Prior experience at an early- or growth-stage SaaS company
• Background in Solutions Architecture Sales Engineering or Customer Success in addition to program management
• Scripting experience (Python JavaScript) for troubleshooting or building lightweight integration tooling
• Interest in aerospace manufacturing or complex physical systems

Compensation

Target Levels:

• Level 4 range: $192885 - $289380
