TOYOTA CERTIFIED TECHNICIAN

Andy Mohr Toyota is seeking an experienced Toyota Certified Automotive Technician to join our growing service team.

We are looking for a technician who can diagnose accurately repair efficiently and get the job done right the first time.

$28.00$32.00 per hour based on experience and qualifications

This position offers the opportunity to build a long-term career in a busy dealership service environment while continuing to develop your technical skills.

As a Toyota Certified Technician you will be responsible for diagnosing repairing and maintaining vehicles while meeting dealership and manufacturer standards.

Responsibilities include:

• Perform accurate inspections diagnostics maintenance and repairs
  

• Diagnose mechanical electrical and drivability concerns
  

• Perform engine transmission brake steering suspension and HVAC repairs
  

• Complete scheduled maintenance and factory-recommended services
  

• Use OEM diagnostic equipment and service information
  

• Interpret diagnostic trouble codes and wiring diagrams
  

• Perform electrical testing and troubleshooting
  

• Complete repairs according to manufacturer specifications
  

• Verify repairs through quality checks and road testing
  

• Identify additional repair needs and communicate findings appropriately
  

• Maintain accurate repair orders and documentation
  

• Follow dealership safety procedures and quality standards
  

• Maintain a clean organized and professional work area
  

• Work collaboratively with Service Advisors Parts and management
  

• Toyota Certified Technician experience required
  

• Professional automotive technician experience
  

• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
  

• Experience with electrical and computerized vehicle systems
  

• Ability to read and understand wiring diagrams and technical service information
  

• Strong mechanical repair skills
  

• Ability to work independently and efficiently
  

• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
  

• Professional communication and customer-service mindset
  

• Valid drivers license and clean driving record
  

• Toyota/Lexus dealership experience
  

• ASE certifications
  

• Experience with OEM scan tools and diagnostic equipment
  

• Experience diagnosing advanced electrical and drivability concerns
  

• Strong knowledge of modern vehicle technology
  

• Experience working in a high-volume dealership or repair environment
