Toy Sales Representative

Account Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and retail accounts.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and ongoing account support.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely communication and resolving issues as needed.

Business Development

• Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the customer base.
• Research prospective customers and establish relationships with new retail partners.
• Support sales growth by promoting products and presenting product information to customers.

Sales Support

• Prepare sales materials quotations and product information for customers.
• Coordinate customer requests with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing.
• Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team.

Sales Analysis & Market Research

• Analyze sales data and prepare reports to monitor sales performance.
• Research market trends customer preferences and competitor activities.
• Provide insights and recommendations to support business growth and sales strategies.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with the Marketing team to support promotional activities and product launches.
• Coordinate with the Production team to ensure product availability and timely delivery.
• Collaborate with internal departments to improve customer experience and operational efficiency.

Qualifications :

Required

• Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Communications or a related field.
• New graduates or candidates with 12 years of professional experience are encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office particularly Excel Word and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred

• Previous experience in sales account management customer service or business development.
• Experience working with retail customers or consumer products.
• Interest in the toy consumer goods or retail industry.
