HOURS:

Part- time: Average of 2 - 4 days aweek and average hours per week are 20 36 of work will be a variety of shifts between the hours of 9:30am to 10:00pm.

*Must be willing to work weekdays eveningsweekends and holidays.

Job Details: The Towel HausClerk is responsible for providing clean towels to guests maintaininginventory and ensuring an efficient and friendly towel exchange process at thewaterpark. This role plays a key part in delivering a positive guest experienceby ensuring cleanliness organization and accuracy in all transactions. TheTowel Haus Clerk also helps maintain the cleanliness of the towel exchange areaand supports overall waterpark operations. This role plays a key part inmaintaining a fun safe and family-friendly environment by upholding allsafety cleanliness and customer service standards set by the Bavarian InnLodge. Supports the goal of having the highest level of guest service offeredin Michigan. Perform other duties as directed by management.

Basic Qualifications:

Education & Experience:

Must be 18 years of age.
High school diploma or equivalent required.

Skills & Competencies:
Outstanding communication and guest serviceskills.
Ability to multitask remain calm underpressure and problem-solve.
Strong organizational abilities with a keenattention to detail.
Strong computer knowledge and experience withusing multiple resort systems
Demonstrates good judgment honesty anddependability.
Capable of working flexible hours includingevenings weekends and holidays.
Professional appearance and demeanor in linewith Bavarian Inn standards.
Ability to stand high heat and humidity.
