This role ensures internal equity external competitiveness and full compliance with laws and labor standards across North America. Major Tasks Responsibilities & Key AccountabilitiesImpact on BusinessDefine implement and update compensation and benefits policies and procedures for North administer and guide HR and business partners on all C&B processes and in compensation and benefits surveys and analyze results to support organizational and maintain salary structures; prepare benchmark reports as and maintain all job descriptions across the and improve internal structure according to IPE design implementation and improvement of company benefit personnel cost budgets and salary compliance with local labour tax and regulatory international assignments expat compensation proposals and macroeconomic indicators and advise leadership on potential the annual salary increase and annual bonus processes ensuring alignment with corporate fulfilment of all labour legal requirements related to compensation and & ChangeProvide updates on global and local labour compensation and benefits potential impacts of regulatory or market changes on business new compensation tools and processes where none exist; enhance existing strategies to reduce organizational risk related to compensation and wellness initiatives to improve employee health and work-life daily with HR Business Partners to define local ongoing guidance to regional leadership regarding C&B practices and policy frequently with HQ HR to ensure global alignment and gather weekly with the VP of HR to improve policies and address strategic direct or indirect communication with employees regarding their compensation and benefits relationships with external consultants (e.g. Mercer Towers Watson).Partner with the Benefits Team to launch and monitor annual benefits LeadershipInfluence HRBPs and business leaders to adopt and apply C&B programs and senior leadership to ensure understanding and adoption of C&B with HQ C&B teams to design tools and programs that support global Performance IndicatorsAccuracy of salary IPE of internal equity and external duties as assignedMinimum Qualifications810 years of experience in compensation and benefits. Experience working in an international/global company. 35 years managing international C&B projects or responsibilities specifically in North America. Knowledge and experience with Mercer methodologies tools and pass any drug screens background checks and any pre-employment tests which will be conducted in accordance with applicable QualificationsMasters degree in Business or related field. Certified Compensation Professional (CCP). Certified Benefits Professional (CBP).
