Job Summary
Level One: Under direct supervision level one torqueing operators perform basic torqueing operations requiring basic machine attending inspection skills and perform basic visual inspection. This requires knowledge of basic shop math and basic print reading. 0-1 YOE
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
- Properly interpret job order documentation and demonstrate knowledge of lot traceability and production tracking.
- Read understand and follow and locate work instructions.
- Operate torque tester hand fed and bowl fed torque machines and make adjustments to feeding.
- Manage tool wear.
- Demonstrate basic skill with finishing and tapping operations.
- Transport and handle parts properly.
- Read basic prints.
- Meet production goals and help others when possible.
- Read fill and file key dimensional sheets (torque data sheet key dims)

- Basic math and demonstrate effective communication with colleagues and leaders.
- Function as a team player.
Experience & Education
- 0-1 Years of experience typically
- GED or High School Diploma preferred
