Toppenish, WA IHS Pharmacist

• Monday through Friday 8:00 AM 6:30 PM Pacific Time (clinic operating hours)
• Up to 40 hours per week as scheduled No weekends; no federal holidays

• BLS

• Proficiency with IHS pharmacy systems (RPMS EHR ScriptPro or similar).
• Immunization administration and blood pressure screening.
• Knowledge of IHS federal and state pharmacy regulations and HIPAA compliance.
• Cultural sensitivity; experience with AI/AN patient populations preferred.

• Dispense verify and fill prescriptions in accordance with IHS safety and accuracy standards.
• Counsel patients on medication use storage precautions and side effects.
• Administer immunizations and conduct blood pressure screenings per facility protocols.
• Maintain accurate timely documentation of all pharmacy services using Government-furnished systems.
• Coordinate with pharmacy staff and medical providers to ensure continuous uninterrupted pharmacy operations.
• Comply with all IHS federal and state regulations infection control protocols and facility security policies.
