JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure team compliance with all safety procedures related to tooling equipment and cleaning processes.
- Lead safety audits training and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Enforce safe work practices and stop unsafe work when necessary..
- Oversee routine preventive and corrective maintenance on tooling and dies.
- Ensure proper inspection repair and reassembly of tooling.
- Monitor tooling condition and ensure adherence to tolerance and quality standards.
- Lead root cause analysis of tooling issues.
- Serve as a primary technical resource for production teams.
- Drive corrective and preventive actions.
- Oversee preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
- Prioritize maintenance based on risk and production needs.
- Analyze tooling performance data.
- Lead mentor and develop technicians.
- Coordinate daily maintenance activities.
- Ensure adherence to procedures and safety standards.
- Drive accountability for performance and results.
