Job Summary

- Organize inspect and prepare raw materials and purchased components to support efficient tool builds and production activities.
- Assemble troubleshoot modify and repair a variety of tooling and production equipment.
- Set up and operate manual and/or CNC machine tools to manufacture and maintain components.
- Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on tooling fixtures and specialized equipment.
- Collaborate with supervisors and production personnel to meet quality delivery and productivity goals.
- Coordinate project requirements and provide guidance to support personnel as needed.
- Ensure projects are completed safely accurately and on schedule.
- Maintain a professional team-oriented work environment through effective communication and collaboration.
- Follow all company safety policies procedures and training requirements.
- Participate in quality management and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain accurate documentation related to tooling maintenance and production activities.
- Experience in tool and die making tooling repair precision machining or a related manufacturing discipline.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints engineering drawings and specifications.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Experience operating toolroom equipment and precision measuring instruments.
