Tool and Die Maker

Harvey Vogel Manufacturing Co. a leader in metal stampings has immediate openings for experienced Tool & Die Makers on our 1st and 2nd shifts. Our tool makers build and maintain a wide range of progressive compound and secondary dies.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities/Skills:

• Build and troubleshoot new tooling per design requirements
• Modify existing tooling per customer requirements
• Support multiple company departments
• Communicate with department managers on status of jobs
• Ability to multitask in a high-paced environment
• Must be able to read blue prints
• Must be able to utilize surface grinders drill presses Bridgeport mills and secondary toolroom equipment.
• Knowledge and operation of all tool room equipment safely and efficiently
• Maintain troubleshoot and repair tooling
• Ability to follow procedures and instructions per ISO requirements
• Candidates must have a minimum of 3 - 5 years of Tool Making experience!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00 - $45.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
