- Support each childs social emotional cognitive language and physical development.
- Encourage independence while helping children build confidence in everyday routines.

- Complete developmental observations and assessments.
- Maintain a clean organized and licensing-compliant classroom.
- Lead your classroom while mentoring and supporting Assistant Teachers.
- Collaborate with leadership and fellow educators to provide an exceptional learning experience.
- Must meet Colorado Lead Teacher qualifications
- Experience working with toddlers or young children in a licensed childcare setting
- A patient nurturing and enthusiastic personality
- Strong classroom leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Reliable dependable and committed to providing exceptional care
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and actively engage with toddlers throughout the day
