Location: Philadelphia PA or Sicklerville NJ (to work in NJ you need to be licensed in PA)

Compensation: $25-$35/hr

Employment type: Direct Hire

Our client in Philadelphia PA is seeking a Title Producer/Processor to join their team. This is a Direct Hire opportunity offering between $25-$35/hr. The schedule for this role is Monday through Friday 8:30AM-5PM

Responsibilities:

• Review and clear title requirements and title commitments
• Review and process all closing-related documentation including lender closing instructions and conveyance documents
• Process and submit documents for recording
• Maintain knowledge of Pennsylvania and New Jersey tax requirements municipal liens and related title matters
• Communicate with lenders banks attorneys real estate agents and other parties involved in transactions
• Identify and resolve issues that arise during the title search processing and settlement process
• Ensure accuracy compliance and timely completion of all closing files

Requirements:

• Pennsylvania Notary Public required
• Pennsylvania Title Producer License preferred (licensing assistance available for qualified candidates)
• MUST have prior experience as a Real Estate Title Processor or Processing in a related field within real estate or legal services
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple files and deadlines with a high degree of accuracy
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proven problem-solving abilities and experience resolving title and settlement issues
• Familiarity with title software and Microsoft 365 applications preferred
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Strong customer service skills and commitment to providing a positive client experience
