Under the direction of the Assistant Superintendent or assigned administrator serves as the districts lead officer for Title IX and other compliance responsibilities related to equal employment opportunity (EEO) non-discrimination and harassment policies within the TK-12 educational context. This position provides leadership and coordination to promote an equitable inclusive and safe environment for students staff and families. Responsibilities include overseeing complaint investigations ensuring compliance with federal and state laws delivering training and educational programs collaborating across schools and departments and supporting district initiatives that advance diversity equity and inclusion goals.
Bachelors degree from an accredited institution in education administration human resources public administration employment law or a related field.
Four (4) years of related experience in TK-12 education or a comparable public agency environment.
Demonstrated experience working effectively with diverse populations including students families faculty and staff of varied cultural socioeconomic disability gender gender identity sexual orientation and ethnic backgrounds
Desirable: Advanced degree or credential related to education or law; experience in leaedeership roles in TK-12 settings; training and facilitation experience; expertise in complaint investigation and resolution
