What Youll Do:

• Process vehicle title and registration paperwork accurately and timely
• Verify funding taxes fees and lien payoffs before title submission
• Maintain records of title work inventory dealer trades and related documents
• Communicate with customers lenders and state agencies to resolve title issues
• Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations
• Assist with warranty processing dealer tag renewals and other administrative tasks

What Were Looking For:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Previous administrative experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency with computers and data entry
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Valid drivers license preferred
