Title 1 Reading and Math Paraprofessional

Clark Davidson Elementary is seeking a Title 1 Paraprofessional to assist students in the classroom. This position is (37.5 hours/week).

The paraprofessional will work with students in theReading and Math Intervention Groups. This role involves assisting with instruction reinforcing skills and helping maintain a positive and productive learning environment.

• Previous educational experience preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively with students of varying abilities
• Patient dependable and team-oriented
• Associates Degree or 48 hours of college credit or pass Para Pro Test

• Assist teachers with classroom instruction and activities
• Provide support to individual students or small groups
• Help reinforce academic and behavioral expectations
• Prepare instructional materials as directed
• Monitor student progress and assist with classroom management
• Maintain a safe respectful and engaging learning environment
