Lewiston Motor Company is currently looking to fill a FULL-TIME Tire/Alignment Technicianposition to continue to offer the great customer service that we are known for.

We provide comprehensive paid training hands-on coaching and ongoing support to help Tire Techs succeed and grow within our organization.

Essential Job Duties

• Install rotate balance and repair tires
• Inspect tires and wheels for wear damage and proper inflation
• Perform tire pressure checks and basic maintenance services
• Safely operate tools and equipment in a fast-paced environment
• Assist customers with tire service needs in a professional manner
• Maintain a clean safe work environment while developing hands-on automotive skills
• Follow Lewiston Motor Companys Policies and Procedures

Qualifications

• Acceptable motor vehicle record (MVR) and background check
• Ability to lift 2080 lbs
• 1 year experience preferred
• Degree not required(preferred)
• Must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Detail-minded seeking efficient methods of performing duties
• Work as a team and independently when necessary
