Whether working with stainless steel aluminum or specialty alloys your expertise will ensure our products meet the highest industry standards.

Starting Pay $25 to $30 based on experience

Required Education High School Diploma/GED

Required Experience At least 2 years of experience

Responsibilities

• Precision Welding: Perform high-quality TIG welding on a variety of materials (Stainless Aluminum Carbon Steel).
• Blueprint Reading: Interpret technical drawings and weld symbols to ensure accurate fabrication.
• Preparation & Finishing: Clean and prep surfaces; grind and polish finished welds to meet aesthetic and functional requirements.
• Quality Control: Inspect welds for cracks beads or defects using standard gauges and visual checks.
• Collaboration: Work alongside our fabrication team to troubleshoot fit-up issues and optimize production flow.

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of TIG welding experience in a manufacturing or job shop environment.
• Technical Skill: Ability to pass a hands-on weld test (horizontal vertical and overhead positions).
• Detail-Oriented: A measure twice cut once mentality with a focus on clean blue-ribbon welds.
• Reliability: A strong work ethic and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced Neenah-based production facility.
