WHAT YOULL DO

As a Tier 1 NOC Associate Internyoullgain hands-on experience in a 24/7 Network Operations alongside experienced technicians and engineers to support network monitoring troubleshoot technical issues and ensure smooth operations.

Major duties and responsibilities:

• Monitor network systems and respond to alerts in real time

• Process maintenance requests anddeterminedispatch needs

• Provide 1st and 2nd level phone support for NMS tickets

• Troubleshoot basic hardware software and connectivity issues

• Manage and escalate tickets as needed ensuringtimelyresolution

• Assistwith outage coordination and customer communication

• Support configuration and troubleshooting ofSageNetproducts and services

• Document actions andmaintainaccurateticket records

Shift Requirements

We are excited to offer one intern position with flexible working hours between 7 AM and 8 PM CT. We understand the importance of balancing work with academic commitments so we are willing to accommodate your school schedule to ensure a productive and manageable experience. The final schedule will be solidified prior to the start date. Please note that initial training will be required Monday through Friday from 5 PM to 8 PM.

To perform this role successfully you must be eager to learn anddemonstratethe ability to manage tasks effectively while working under the guidance of more experienced NOC technicians

KeyQualifications

• Currently enrolled in your first or second year at a technical school

• Monitor network systems and respond to alerts in real time

• Process maintenance requests anddeterminedispatch needs
