- Prior experience supporting students with disabilities in a high school setting.
- Experience implementing Individualized Education Program (IEP) related accommodations.
- Experience communicating with students and parents using technology such as PowerSchool.
- Experience with behavior support plans de-escalation or crisis response training.
- Experience supporting students in inclusive or co-taught classrooms.
- Ability to support students across both academic and shop settings.
