We are seeking aThrift Store Sales Specialist to deliver excellent customer service while supporting daily retail operationsThe Specialist delivers excellent customer service restocks and replenishes merchandise and supports Goodwills mission. Theyassistcustomers process transactionsmaintain store cleanliness and ensure a positive shopping experience. This role also includes enforcing store policies and supporting daily Awesome ThingsYoullDoGreet andassistcustomers donors as needed and direct them to the designated donation drop-off areaRegularly restock merchandise onto the sales floor ensuring compliance with Goodwills visual Goodwills Rewards and Round-Up programsProcess sales transactions quickly and customer concerns and escalate issues as a clean and organized sales floor fitting rooms and checkout areaFollow store policies including safety guidelines and occupancy limits the register and thank customers for their purchasesMonitor store entry and enforce safety measures if other duties as assigned to support the store team andbroaderorganizational in your availability is essential to meet the needs of the business whichoperatesMonday to Sunday7:00am to 8: & Safety GuidelinesThis role involves handlingpre-ownedmerchandise which maycontainallergens dust or other substances. Goodwill provides training protective equipment and follows safety protocols to ensure a clean and secure work environment.
