What Youll Do as a Retail Department Manager

As a hands-on retail leader youll:

• Oversee daily store operations while maintaining a clean safe and welcoming environment.
• Lead and supervise your own team-coaching training and motivating staff to meet sales and production goals.
• Drive marketing and social media efforts building awareness and engagement for the stores promotions events and community involvement.
• Ensure exceptional customer service positive donor interactions and smooth volunteer experiences.
• Support the Store Manager with scheduling merchandising inventory and performance management.

What Were Looking For

• 1 year retail sales or customer service experience (required).
• Leadership/management experience strongly preferred-ability to coach and develop team members.
• Strong communication organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable using social media platforms to promote store events sales and community engagement.
• High school diploma or GED (required).
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting bending and standing.
• Valid drivers license and proof of auto insurance.

Schedule

• Consistent full-time schedule: Monday-Saturday 9:00 AM-6:30 PM.
• Closed Sundays and major holidays-enjoy work-life balance while still growing in your career.
