Job Summary (Pelvic and Perinatal Health Outpatient Physical Therapist):
- Provide outpatient physical therapy services focused on pelvic and perinatal health
- Assess develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients with pelvic floor and perinatal health concerns
- Educate and support patients regarding pelvic health pregnancy postpartum recovery and related conditions
- Collaborate with healthcare providers and team members to optimize patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate documentation and patient records in compliance with regulations
- Schedule: Monday Thursday 8am 6pm; Friday 8am 12pm (hours may vary as needed)
- Stay current with best practices and evidence-based care in pelvic and perinatal physical therapy
- Ensure a supportive comfortable and professional environment for diverse patient populations
