Job Summary
St. Lukes Health - Patients Medical Center provides inpatient and outpatient medical and surgical services to residents of Pasadena Deer Park La Porte Baytown and Clear Lake. The facility includes 53 medical/surgical beds eight ICU beds and three endoscopy rooms and offers a range of primary and specialized serviceswound care general surgery gastroenterology occupational health heart and vascular womens services diagnostic imaging outpatient rehab services and sleep disorders.
As our Therapy Manager you will be a compassionate advocate providing assistants to patients and employees assisting patients.
Every day you will assist employees and patients with therapy services. You will manage financial aspects of the therapy business and be responsible for the growth marketing and performance improvement.

- Manages all therapy operations for assigned locations/services; enhances operational effectiveness emphasizing delivery of high quality care and financial stewardship
- Responsible for recruitment hiring training scheduling development counseling and performance evaluation of supervisors and staff relative to areas supervised; responsible for leadership development of supervisors; oversees clinical development of therapy staff to include orientation competency assessment ongoing education and training.
- Ensures accurate and compliant documentation coding billing and reimbursement; coordinates auditing of medical records and charges to ensure documentation supports reimbursement. Develops and implements policy and procedure.
- Bachelors in Kinesiology/Exercise Science or other Physical/Occupational Therapy related field required
- 1- 2 years of leadership experience preferred
- Physical Therapist: TX (PT:TX) required OR Occupational Therapist: TX (OT:TX) OR Speech Language Pathologist: TX (SLP:TX)
- American Heart BLS required within 14 days of start date
