Pathway Family Services is looking for a Therapist to join our team!

• A masters degree in a human services-related field.
• State-required clinical licensure.
• At least two years of experience working with youth and families facing developmental emotional and behavioral challenges.
• A passion for learningwell teach you the rest!

As a Therapist youll work directly with children youth and their families in our residential treatment program. Youll:

• Teach important skills and techniques to help families maintain stability and permanency in their homes.
• Partner with a team member to meet case plan goals and locate community resources for families.
• Play a key role in helping children grow heal and build stronger healthier relationships.
