Job Summary

Support Adults on Their Recovery Journey Through Compassionate Counseling

Compass Health Network is seeking a licensed therapist to join our Adult Outpatient this meaningful role youll provide individual therapy treatment planning and crisis intervention for adults experiencing mental health and/or substance use challenges.

As part of a multidisciplinary team youll support clients through person-centered integrated carehelping them build the tools needed to improve daily functioning and enhance overall wellbeing.

This is a full-time benefit-eligible position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide individual psychotherapy and support services to adult clients
  • Serve as a team coordinator for referrals waitlists and client care (particularly in CSTAR/OUD settings if applicable)
  • Conduct clinical assessments and complete treatment plans in collaboration with persons served
  • Provide triage services during Open Access hours when needed
  • Deliver culturally competent services that align with the unique needs of each person
  • Maintain complete accurate and timely documentation in accordance with agency and state regulations
  • Interface and coordinate care with other internal and external service providers to ensure wraparound support
  • Offer crisis intervention services during daytime hours per agency protocol
  • Participate in treatment team meetings and quality assurance activities
  • Provide licensure supervision (if applicable)
  • Meet agency-defined productivity standards and customer care expectations
  • Attend all required training and maintain compliance with funders and accrediting bodies

Requirements Skills Knowledge and Expertise

  • Masters degree in counseling social work or psychology required
Licensure
  • Provisionally or fully licensed in Missouri:
    • PLPC LPC PLMFT LMFT LMSW or LCSW
