Our campus is designed to heal the body mind and spirit of every person in a more comfortable less stressful hospital environment. Our full range of medical services include a new pavilion featuring enhancements in heart and vascular care surgery maternity cancer care and diagnostic imaging.
Job Summary and Responsibilities
- Conducts therapy sessions with patient by doing individual group and family and/or significant other counseling and education to assist these individuals in achieving defined treatment goals
- Refers and collaborates with care team other agencies and significant others having a joint interest in meeting the needs of the patient
- Respond to crisis situations and provide crisis intervention to patients in assigned program
Job Requirements
- Masters Degree Mental Health Counseling or Social Work
- Must have an active license in state of practice - IA: LMHC
- BLS (Basic Life Support) required
