Position Overview
Tanagers Bright Foundations Therapeutic Child Assistant (TCC) is seeking a compassionate dependable and flexible part time team member to support children in a therapeutic classroom environment. TCC team members provide direct care supervision and support to children enrolled in the Therapeutic Child Care program. this position assists classroom staff in creating a safe nurturing and engaging environment for children. The Childcare Assistant applies Tanagers philosophy values and RISE Framework in daily interactions with children families and team members while supporting classroom routines and activities.

Qualifications
Acceptable Experience/Training/Qualifications
Experience:
- Previous experience working with children
Qualifications:
- Must be 17 years of age
- Must have High School Diploma or High School Equivalence
- Current certifications in CPR First Aid and Mandatory Child Abuse Reporter Training or become certified within the first three months of hire
