POSITION TITLE: Theatre Assistant Technical Director (Job Description)

QUALIFICATIONS:

• At least 2 to 3 years of experience working in public education extra-curricular programs/events in a high school/middle school environment.
• With the Director developing the complete list of required props and assuming primary responsibility for building/procurement and return disposal or storage (as appropriate) of all props for each show.
• Supervising any set building/painting volunteers in the absence of the Scenic Director (authorized to provide building access).

• Knowledge and ability to instruct students of different age groups and backgrounds both individuals and groups considering various modalities and methods.
