Job Summary
Stovall House Programming Coordinator
- Assist the Programming Manager with planning and executing all programming events.
- Coordinate event logistics and communication to ensure smooth on-site execution.
- Create and update event content and materials with Piper & Co. Creative Studio.
- Oversee weekly email to all members promoting upcoming programming events.
- Write and maintain BEOs in TripleSeat.
- Build event layouts in Social Tables and update details in TripleSeat.
- Support event set-ups and breakdowns with the event staff team.
- Ensure all member interactions are professional personal and seamless.
- Complete assigned tasks and projects efficiently and accurately.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in hospitality or events preferred.
- Familiarity with NorthStar TripleSeat and Social Tables a plus (training provided).

- Ability to work a flexible schedule including day shifts evening shifts holidays and weekends.
- Proficient in Outlook Word Excel and PowerPoint: can work on both MAC and PC Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time.
- Must be able to lift up to 10 pounds at times.

Schedule: Hours May Vary Guaranteed 30 Hours a Week Ability to commute/relocate:
