Who You Are

As a Server Assistant you are a vital member of the Service team supporting servers and expediters to ensure seamless service. You help create a welcoming atmosphere for guests while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization throughout the dining room. You take pride in assisting your team and have a genuine eagerness to learn and grow.

What Youll Do

• Create a welcoming and hospitable environment for guests.
• Assist with table setup clearing resetting and pouring water.
• Run food and support servers and expediters during service.
• Stay informed about all menu items and proper mise for each dish.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and appearance throughout the restaurant.
• Demonstrate eagerness to learn and grow within the role.

What We Need From You

• Experience in a guest-facing restaurant role preferred but not required.
• Ability to walk or stand for long periods.
• Ability to balance and carry multiple plates glass racks and/or glasses and lift objects up to 30 lbs.
• English fluency; additional languages preferred but not required.
