Location of position: REMOTE. However primary locations for this role are either Moline IL or Mississauga.
JOB DUTIES
As ourTesting & Repair Procedure Manager you willsuccessfully document complete maintenance testing and repair procedures in compliance with all applicable code and KONE guidelines.
You willbring 10 years of progressive and successfulprogressive service operations management experience including technical expertise in service operations elevator code managing/leading people action planning and implementation to KONE. Completion of NEIEP/CEIEP education and Qualified Elevator Inspector (QEI) Certification a plus.
Other Hiring requirements
Knowledge of elevator and escalator systems.
Demonstrated success in code related testing and repair procedures
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with exceptional attention to details.
Basic Office tool knowledge (Outlook Word Excel MS Projects PPMT etc). In addition ability to write down procedural descriptions with draft pictures using Office Tools.
Ability to effectively communicate KONEs service methods and processes at the field mechanic and management levels.
Willing to Travel.

Annual Base Pay Range: The hiring range for this role is $110500 $145000 USD ($154500 $202755 CAD).The compensation package offered will depend on candidates ability to meet the requirements of the role needs for thebusiness strategy and a range of factors unique to each candidate including their skill set years and depth of experience certifications and location.
Variable Compensation: KONE Annual Bonus plan (20% US 17% CAN) Target Incentive (60/40) based on achievement of company goals and individual goals.
