• Strong experience in functional and manual testing of complex enterprise applications including requirement analysis test strategy creation test case design execution and defect management.
• Ability to independently analyze business requirements and technical specifications and develop comprehensive test scenarios covering functional integration and regression testing.
• Hands-on experience in test automation with the ability to develop maintain and enhance automated test suites and frameworks.
• Strong programming and scripting skills (Java Python JavaScript C# or equivalent) to support automation and test tool development.
• Good understanding of software testing methodologies SDLC STLC and QA best practices.
• Solid knowledge of SQL with experience in test data creation manipulation validation and backend/database testing.
• Good understanding of HTML XML JSON and related web technologies to support UI API and integration testing.
• Strong understanding of software application architecture including web-based API-driven client-server and distributed systems.
• Hands-on experience in API testing service validation and end-to-end integration testing.
• Ability to perform root cause analysis troubleshoot issues across application layers and collaborate with development teams to drive defect resolution.
• Experience with test management and defect tracking tools such as JIRA Azure DevOps or similar platforms.
• Working knowledge of CI/CD processes and integrating automated tests within the software delivery pipeline.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with a strong focus on quality continuous improvement and timely delivery.
• Strong analytical problem-solving communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to mentor junior team members and contribute to process improvements and quality engineering initiatives.

• Experience with performance security or other non-functional testing disciplines.
• Exposure to cloud-based applications microservices architecture and modern software development practices.
• Relevant testing certifications (ISTQB or equivalent) are a plus.
