Test Engineer Intern Summer 2027

As a Test Engineering Intern you will work alongside experienced engineers developing and optimizing test solutions for advanced application processors and SoC products. You will gain hands-on experience with new product introduction (NPI) silicon characterization generative AI tools and Automated Test Equipment (ATE) while contributing to real engineering projects.

Job Summary:

• Develop test solutions for advanced SoC devices using Automated Test Equipment (ATE)
• Assist with silicon characterization validation and debug activities
• Develop scripts and tools to improve engineering productivity and test efficiency
• Analyze test data to identify trends yield opportunities and quality issues
• Collaborate with Design Product Engineering Validation Quality and Manufacturing teams

Skills / Requirements:

• Pursuing a BS/MS in Electrical Engineering Computer Engineering Computer Science or related field
• Strong analytical communication and teamwork skills
• Experience with Python C# VBA Linux generative AI tools or similar technologies
• Coursework or interest in computer architecture digital design verification and programming
