Job Summary
To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth were looking to add a Test Engineer located in Austin TX.
Reporting to the Test Engineering Manager the Test Engineer will serve as a key technical lead and individual contributor. You will drive launch and ongoing support of high-power AI/ML GPU and hardware accelerator-based server storage and networking. This role owns test process development for assembly and integrationensuring quality performance and safetyacross NPI and sustaining production. Youll design procedures automate test execution analyze data for continuous improvement and leverage expertise to deliver robust end-customer solutions.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in CS CE EE/Electronics or related field
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in failure analysis and system-level testing within a high-paced manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in scripting languages (Python Bash) advanced Linux command-line operations and hardware/network troubleshooting including the ability to train others on Linux fundamentals.
- Expertise in computer and server hardware/software integration diagnostics and repair -particularly within a manufacturing or high-level assembly environment
- Strong knowledge of statistical analysis and its application to data-driven troubleshooting and decision-making
- End-to-end development of the test operations process including SOPs work instructions process flowcharts operational activities and destination routing.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Performing hands-on debugging validation and system-level failure analysis of next-generation server and rack systems within a high-mix high-ambiguity manufacturing environment.
- Ability to train others on Linux basics.
- Intermediate programming in Bash and Python.
- Leak detection/prevention techniques and best practices.
