Minimum Experience Required:-
Bachelors/masters in electrical/electronics (or related)
2 5 years in test equipment manufacturing hardware support
Experience with automated test systems preferred

Role: Test Development Engineer
Location: Greenville Texas (Onsite)
Job Responsibilities:
Maintain and troubleshoot test rigs (new & legacy systems)
Diagnose issues in:
Cabling configurations and communication interfaces
Support test equipment builds (electrical basic mechanical setup)
Execute test programs and analyze failures
Perform firmware updates and PCB-level debugging
Work with test equipment PCB (example: relay boards mux/demux circuits buffers interface boards etc.)
Conduct ICT / FCT testing
Ensure reliable device communication (RS232 USB Ethernet etc.)
Manage component obsolescence by recommending suitable replacements and workarounds
Ensure proper integration and communication between devices test PCs and peripherals
Execute test programs and analyze test results to identify failures and preliminary root causes
Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams
Skills:-
Strong foundation in Electrical/Electronic Engineering
Hands-on experience with test equipment & debugging
Knowledge of:
o RS232 / RS485 / USB
o Networking basics Bluetooth Wi-Fi
Experience using oscilloscope multimeter and test tools
Ability to read schematics and troubleshoot hardware issues
