What Youll Do as a Territory Sales Representative

  • Build long-term relationships with business owners and decision-makers throughout your assigned territory.
  • Prospect new business through in-person visits cold calls networking and consistent follow-up using our proven sales process.
  • Present customized office technology printing promotional products and business solutions that meet each customers unique needs.
  • Develop and manage a healthy sales pipeline by documenting customer interactions and tracking opportunities in our contact management system.
  • Prepare quotes and proposals while guiding customers through the sales process from initial conversation to closing.
  • Collaborate with our customer service and product teams to ensure a seamless experience after the sale.
  • Participate in sales meetings ongoing training and coaching to strengthen your skills and grow your territory.
  • Travel throughout Lancaster York Harrisburg and Lebanon Counties spending approximately three days meeting with customers and prospects and two days in the office planning following up and setting appointments.

What We Offer Our Territory Sales Representative

  • $55000-$65000/year total anticipated first-year earnings
  • Paid time off

  • Personalized training and one-on-one coaching with the Sales Manager and Owner using a proven sales system
  • Hybrid work schedule: 3 days in the field and 2 days in the office (after training)
