Job Summary

Job Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets within the assigned territory in MO KS Iowa and Southern IL.
  • Build strong relationships with healthcare professionals and organizations to promote innovative medical technology products in the critical care space.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to educate clients about the benefits and features of product solutions.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including marketing and customer support to ensure alignment in achieving sales goals.
  • Prepare sales forecasts and reports for management review to facilitate strategic planning and decision-making.
  • Attend industry conferences and trade shows to stay informed about the latest developments in the medical technology field.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
Essential Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Nursing ideally with critical care nursing experience and sales experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and internal teams.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
  • Solid understanding of medical products technology and the healthcare landscape.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically in dynamic environments.
  • Ability to travel within territory - 70% or potentially more.
Desired Experience:
  • Previous experience in critical care nursing medical sales call points or a related field is preferred.
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience working in a healthcare setting or with healthcare professionals is an advantage.
