Job Summary

Position Summary

The Territory Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth and market development within an assigned U.S. territory for an innovative vascular medical device company. This role will focus on developing physician relationships driving product adoption supporting procedures and expanding the companys presence across interventional cardiology interventional radiology and vascular surgery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve or exceed territory revenue and sales objectives through strategic account and territory planning.
  • Identify and develop new accounts physicians and procedural opportunities within the territory.
  • Build strong relationships with interventional cardiologists interventional radiologists and vascular surgeons.
  • Provide clinical support product education in-services and case coverage as needed.
  • Drive adoption of the technology by educating physicians and clinical teams on clinical benefits appropriate patient selection and product utilization.
  • Develop relationships with Key Opinion Leaders and support physician training peer-to-peer education and clinical programs.
  • Maintain accurate CRM activity pipeline forecasting and territory reporting.
  • Represent the company at customer meetings medical conferences training programs and industry events.
  • Monitor competitive activity market trends customer needs and reimbursement dynamics and communicate insights to sales leadership.
  • Partner closely with Clinical Marketing and Sales leadership to support territory growth and product adoption.

Experience & Qualifications

  • 5 years of medical device sales experience.
  • Strong preference for experience in peripheral vascular interventional cardiovascular or vascular surgery.
  • Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales goals.
  • Experience selling directly to physicians and working in hospital procedural environments.
  • Strong OR/procedure and case coverage experience preferred.
  • Established relationships with interventional cardiologists interventional radiologists or vascular surgeons preferred.
  • Experience working in a startup or growth-oriented environment is a plus.
  • Strong communication presentation organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a field-based territory while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.

External: Interventional Cardiologists Interventional Radiologists Vascular Surgeons KOLs hospital systems and clinical stakeholders.

Internal: Sales Leadership Clinical Education Marketing Sales Operations and other cross-functional teams.
