Territory Manager-Implant & Clinical Solutions
Job Summary
- Develop long-term partnerships with dentists oral surgeons and periodontists in East Texas.
- Support clinicians with product selection treatment planning discussions and case growth strategies.
- Grow the territory through a balanced approach of new business development and account expansion.
- Deliver educational presentations study club support and in-office training.
- Act as a consistent knowledgeable resource for customers across the full sales cycle.
- Maintain strong communication with accounts to ensure ongoing satisfaction and adoption.
- A Bachelors degree is preferred (Business Science or related field).
- 3 years of sales success.
- Exposure to clinical or healthcare environments is preferred but other competitive B2B markets will be considered.
- Experience in building and maintaining professional relationships with clients.
- Track record of consistent territory growth and account development.
- Strong consultative selling approach.
- Effective communicator in both one-on-one and group settings.
- Organized with strong territory planning and follow-up discipline.
- Comfortable discussing technical or clinical information.
- Able to build trust quickly with professional customers.
- Independent worker with strong time management skills.
