As a Territory Manager youll grow customer relationships develop new business and represent industry-leading brands across hydraulics industrial hose fluid power gaskets sealing solutions fasteners and other industrial products.

Backed by knowledgeable specialists local teams and our national network youll have the resources to solve customer challenges and build a successful business.

• Grow existing customer relationships. Become a trusted partner understand your customers businesses and uncover new opportunities to support their needs.
• Deliver technical solutions. Work with customers and TIPCOs technical experts to solve challenges improve efficiency and keep their operations running.
• Develop new business. Build relationships with prospective customers and expand TIPCOs presence throughout your territory.
• Leverage the power of ONE TIPCO. Bring together our leading brands product expertise and national capabilities to deliver solutions that set us apart.
• Take ownership of your territory. Stay close to customers manage your business proactively and deliver consistent growth and results.

• Proven B2B outside sales experience preferably in industrial distribution MRO hydraulics fluid power industrial hose gaskets fasteners or related markets.
• Demonstrated success growing customer relationships and developing new business.
• Established industry relationships and a strong professional network are highly valued.
• An entrepreneurial mindset strong communication skills and a self-motivated approach.
• A customer-first attitude built on integrity accountability and teamwork.
