• Prospect and develop new B2B accounts daily across your assigned territory in North Las Vegas
• Manage and grow relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business and referrals
• Conduct in-person visits to industrial construction and commercial sites to present PIRTEKs services
• Respond quickly to inbound leads and convert them into active accounts
• Identify customer needs on-site and recommend the right hose replacement solutions
• Track sales activity pipeline and account progress and report directly to the franchise owner
• Represent PIRTEK professionally in the field reinforcing the brands reputation for speed and reliability
• Collaborate with the service team to ensure a seamless customer experience from sale to delivery

• High School Diploma or GED
• Preferred 2 years of B2B industrial or construction field sales experience
• Demonstrated ability to prospect build a pipeline and close new business
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-starter comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
• Ability to make quick confident decisions in a fast-paced environment
• Valid drivers license and clean driving record
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
