• High School Diploma or GED
• Proven Sales Experience (industrial B2B or service-based a plus)
• Good Communication Skills
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Positive attitude
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently in a field environment
  • Ability to manage time territory and sales pipeline effectively
• Basic mechanical or technical aptitude preferred
• Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
