Termite Repair

Were looking for a Termite Repair Technician to provide high-quality wood repair services for customers impacted by termites or other wood-destroying organisms. This role is hands-on customer-facing and ideal for someone who takes pride in their work and enjoys solving problems on-site.

What Youll Do

• Inspect and assess termite and wood-destroying organism damage
• Perform termite-related wood repairs at customer properties
• Communicate clearly with customers termite inspectors and management
• Complete appointments on time and with professionalism
• Safely operate company vehicles tools ladders and equipment
• Follow all safety chemical and company procedures
• Maintain tools equipment and company vehicle
• Attend required training and maintain necessary licenses

What Were Looking For

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Comfortable with hands-on termite repair or construction-style work
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Professional reliable and safety-focused
• Willingness to work outdoors in confined spaces and on ladders
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and perform physical labor

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid California Class C Drivers License- 5 years driving experience required
• Ability to pass a criminal background check
• General Pest Control Applicator License preferred not required

Work Environment

• Majority of work performed at customer properties
• Outdoor work in various weather conditions
• Occasional overtime as needed
• Work at heights confined spaces and uneven surfaces
