The positionincludes dedicated laboratory and testing space at the Institutelocatedon theJefferson Moss-Magee Rehabilitation Hospitalcampusin Elkins Park successful candidate willbenefitfrom JMRRIs strongtrack recordofclinical-researchintegration and opportunities to collaborate across laboratories studying cognition emotion language and motor control in acute and degenerativeneurologicconditions. Comprehensive core resources include regulatory support recruitment infrastructure andstate-of-the-artneuromodulation EEG motion capture and robotics is accessible at multiple Jefferson Health System sites and through establishedpartnerships with theUniversity of Pennsylvania. Research recruitment is supported in partby JMRRIs Research Registry of 2000 individuals with stroketraumatic brain injury (TBI) and Parkinsons Disease supplemented by the Moss TBI Model Systems database of 1600 well-characterized TBI participants.

Jefferson Moss-Magee Rehabilitation and JMRRI are part of Jefferson Health one of Philadelphias largest health systems with faculty appointments through Thomas Jefferson University. The position offers access to a broad research infrastructureincluding biostatistics scientific writing support andestablishedbasic and clinical neuroscience programs.
